  1. Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage. The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
  2. The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
  3. Every cake we delivered is handcrafted and our own way of baking and designing a cake, it could be a slight difference in design and shape.
  4. The redirection of the address of the delivery is unacceptable.
  5. On occasions, we do not commit the delivery in the given time slot.
  6. Delays might occur due to weather and traffic conditions.
  7. Same day delivery orders should be placed before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM may be delivered the same day or also could be delivered the next day.
  8. Our partners will attempt delivery of the items once, in case we do not get any response from the recipient side or if he/she would not be present at the given address. The customer shall still be charged for the order in case he/she requests to redeliver again with the same product.
  9. A refund might not be possible in case the recipient refuses to accept the given products.

  11. Due to any festival, flower rates increase in the market therefore website prices have will be increased for as per the occasion.
  12. In any case of quality issues against the delivery, the product should be raised with 12 hours of delivery. A refund can also be depending on the nature of the delivered product.
  13. In case a customer wants to cancel an order, he needs to do it at least 24 hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment.
  14. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure. Our team will evaluate whether an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of the management will be final.
  15. Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags, and Watches, etc. are normally dispatched thru courier and we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
  16. In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restrictions, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
  17. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure. Our team will evaluate whether an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of the management will be final.
  18. Plant orders will be delivered as per the shared location and availability.
  19. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get a 100% refund of your money.
